Terms of use

By using TalkToMe, you agree to use it as an educational self-help companion and not as a replacement for professional or emergency care.

Service contact

TalkToMe is operated by Davide Florio, a sole trader trading as 1Prestige1, at 4 Gorse Rise, London SW17 9BS, United Kingdom. See the privacy notice for information about personal data. For service questions, complaints or cancellation requests, email dyang5548@gmail.com. Include your account email and the issue, but do not send card details or private conversation transcripts.

Who may use TalkToMe

TalkToMe is intended for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate for you and whether it is available in your location.

Not therapy or medical care

TalkToMe is automated. It is not a human, therapist, doctor, diagnostic service or crisis service. Its replies may be incomplete or mistaken. Seek qualified professional advice for medical or mental-health decisions.

Immediate danger

Do not rely on TalkToMe during an emergency. Contact local emergency services or visit the nearest Emergency Department. The resources page provides further support options. Messages are not monitored by a person who can dispatch help.

Free and Plus access

The demo and free account do not require a payment card. Plus is an optional £5.99 monthly subscription with fourteen guided reflections, immediate access to all seven foundation guides, a progress review and exportable Plus notes. Paid checkout is only available when the payment service is configured. An unavailable checkout does not create an order or charge. Where available, checkout must show the total price, applicable taxes, monthly billing period and renewal terms before you pay. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled from your Plus page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues for the paid period when Square reports it as active. A payment failure may suspend Plus access. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Stopping a renewal and exercising a statutory right to cancel are different. Use your Plus page to stop future renewals, or email the service contact if the control fails. Deleting browser notes or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Keep your cancellation confirmation.

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from entering the service contract to cancel. Starting a service early or supplying digital content can affect these rights only where the applicable legal requirements are met. Simply using this website does not waive your rights. We do not treat agreement to these terms as express consent to lose a cooling-off right. A refund required by law will be handled within the applicable legal deadline. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.

To notify cancellation you can email: “I give notice that I cancel my TalkToMe Plus contract. Account email: __. Order/subscription reference, if known: __. Date ordered: __. Name: __. Date: __.” You may use any other clear statement; this template is optional. Do not include full card or bank details.

If the service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, contact us with the relevant dates and a description. Your applicable statutory remedies remain available. We will consider the complaint and explain the outcome; you may seek independent advice if unresolved.

Professional profiles and third-party services

An enquiry about a featured professional is not a confirmed appointment, clinical assessment or agreement to treatment. Availability, qualifications, suitability, fees, confidentiality and cancellation terms must be checked and agreed with the professional before booking. A TalkToMe Plus subscription does not include professional treatment. Third-party links and AI replies are not endorsements or guarantees of results.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. Do not use it to harm, threaten or unlawfully identify another person.

Availability

TalkToMe may change, pause or withdraw features by country. Reasonable care is taken to keep the experience useful and available, but uninterrupted access and error-free replies are not guaranteed.

Fair use and technical requirements

Use an up-to-date browser with an internet connection. Some features require JavaScript, local storage and ChatGPT sign-in; voice input depends on browser support and optional microphone permission. A guest trial allows one successful AI exchange per network per day, so people sharing a network may share that limit. Account and service-wide limits also apply. Save or export notes you need to keep before clearing browser data.

Changes and legal rights

Material changes to a paid service or its price must be communicated before they take effect; a new page alone does not authorise an unexpected charge. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not prevent you from using the courts or protections available under applicable law.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for actions and decisions taken after using the service. If a suggestion does not feel safe or appropriate, do not follow it.
